SHIPPING

All U.S. orders are shipped within approximately one week, while international orders may take longer depending on the destination country. If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. All orders require a 1–3 day production fulfillment period before they are shipped, and once shipped, delivery time will vary based on your location.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All products are final sale and non-refundable, so please double-check your size, color, and shipping information before completing your purchase, as changes cannot be made once a tracking number is generated. If your order arrives with pre-existing damages or manufacturing flaws, you may be eligible for a return. In such cases, we will provide a return label via email, and items must be shipped back in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. Additionally, any orders flagged for possible fraud will be cancelled and refunded immediately.

SHIPPING PROVIDER

We are not responsible for any issues that may arise with the shipping carrier. If an incorrect or invalid shipping address is provided, we are unable to make changes, as the address is submitted directly by the customer during the order process. In cases where a package is returned to our facility due to an invalid address, the customer must contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, a refund will be processed for the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee, which ranges between $6 and $8 and is non-refundable.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For general care, we recommend washing your items inside out in cold water using a gentle detergent. To maintain the quality and longevity of the fabric, hang or lay your garments flat to dry. Please note that washing or drying on high heat may cause shrinkage and can alter any fabric treatments.
